VEICHI and Ducheng Industrial Sign Strategic Partnership to Advance Digital Transformation

VEICHI Electric (“VEICHI”) and Zhejiang Ducheng Industrial Co., Ltd. (“Ducheng Industrial”) have signed a strategic cooperation agreement to accelerate digital transformation across industrial operations. The partnership will focus on digital workplace management, industrial IoT platforms, and integrated digital solutions for the manufacturing sector. The signing ceremony was attended by Teng Huailiang, President of Ducheng Industrial; Zhu Dongsheng, Vice President of Ducheng Industrial; Xu Hongjun, General Manager of Project Sales at VEICHI; and Li Tong, Director of Digital IoT at VEICHI.

By combining VEICHI’s expertise in industrial automation and digital IoT with Ducheng Industrial’s industry experience, customer network, and on-site service capabilities, the two companies will jointly develop digital solutions for customers in metallurgy, mining, power, and other industrial sectors. The partnership will cover key business functions, including CRM, service operations, supplier relationship management, warehouse management, human resources, business process management, administration, ERP and finance, and industrial IoT. By integrating these systems, the companies aim to improve service responsiveness and strengthen lifecycle management of industrial electrical equipment.
The two companies will also work together to digitize the operational value chain, from customer and service management to supply chain collaboration, warehousing, logistics, and financial management. They also plan to deepen cooperation in organizational and talent development while expanding market opportunities for industrial automation products, including AC drives, Servo Systems, and PLCs.
