Solar Pump Inverter Cabinet
The solar water pump system control cabinet is one of the core components of the solar water pumping system, responsible for managing and controlling the operation of the entire system. The control cabinet is typically made of high-quality engineering casing, suitable for use in various harsh environments, with dustproof, moisture-proof, and corrosion-resistant functions. VEICHI offers different types control cabinets for our SI23/SI21/SI22 solar water pump inverters.

More About Solar Pump Inverter Cabinet
Functions of Solar Water Pumping System Control Cabinet
- Energy Management: The control cabinet converts the direct current (DC) generated by the photovoltaic array into alternating current (AC) to power the water pump. It can also automatically switch between photovoltaic DC input and grid AC input, ensuring the system operates stably under different light conditions.
- System Protection: It features overload, short circuit, phase loss, pump body leakage, motor over-temperature, and leakage protection, ensuring the safety and reliability of the system.
- Intelligent Control: Supports manual and automatic control modes, and can automatically start and stop the water pump based on water level, pressure, and other parameters, achieving unattended operation.
- Remote Monitoring: Some control cabinets are equipped with GPRS modules, enabling remote monitoring via computer web pages and mobile apps, allowing users to keep track of the system's operating status in real-time.
Main Components of Solar Pump System Cabinet
- Power Indicator Light: Displays the power status of the control cabinet.
- Overcurrent Protector and Leakage Protector: Protect circuits and equipment from overload and leakage.
- Contactor: Used to control the start and stop of the motor.
- Timer: Used to set the timing for the water pump to start and stop.
- Control Panel: Features power, signal, upper limit, lower limit, water source, and operation status indicators, facilitating user operation and monitoring.
- Communication Module: Such as GPRS module, used for remote data transmission and monitoring.
