Leveraging extensive industry expertise and site-specific conditions, VEICHI chose the VC3 pulse control program which features that our proprietary VC3 motion controller and SD710 economical servo drive, AC10 economical AC drive, etc., applied to motion axes for the feeding and half-travel rod, etc., enabling high-speed, precise, and responsive control.

Enhanced Performance

The whole program adopts our high-performance VC3 PLC and CANopen bus control scheme, which realizes relative synchronization of master and slave, thus ensuring no leakage during acceleration and deceleration, excellent servo performance, and the stable speed fluctuation within the range of ±1 rpm at low or high speeds.

Simple Operation

Compared to the traditional mechanical gear mode driven by high-power AC motors, the system excels in simple installation, neat mechanical design, as well as reduced operating noise, thus boasting a doubled production rate.
