VEICHI 20th Anniversary Celebration and Phase III Digital Factory Commissioning Successfully Held

On October 16, VEICHI’s 20th anniversary celebration and the commissioning ceremony for its Phase III digital factory were successfully held. Ding Lixin, Vice Chairman of the Suzhou CPPCC and Secretary of the Wuzhong District Party Committee; Huang Naihong, Member of the Wuzhong District Party Committee Standing Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Economic Development Zone Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee; Zhai Xiaochao, Deputy District Mayor of the Wuzhong District People’s Government; Wang Xiaolan, Member of the Wuzhong Economic Development Zone Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee; and other leaders attended the event. They joined Hu Zhiyong (Chairman), Mo Zhuqin (Vice President), Song Qixun (Vice President), Zuo Honglang (Vice President) and Luo Peng (Vice President) of VEICHI in pressing the activation pillar to inaugurate the project’s production, marking a solid step in the company’s digital-intelligent transformation and upgrade.

As one of the Jiangsu Province’s major industrial projects, the Phase III digital factory covers approximately 55.5 mu with a construction area of about 114,000 square meters. Upon completion and reaching full capacity, the project is expected to produce over 1 million units annually of AC drives, servo drives, and servo control systems. The project follows the national direction for smart manufacturing and deeply integrates digital technologies such as the Internet of Things, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence to build a digital-twin, visualized factory. This not only lays a firm foundation for high-performance, high-quality, and highly reliable products, but also offers a replicable and scalable smart-manufacturing model for the digital transformation of industry-chain enterprises.

After the ceremony, the delegation visited the digital exhibition hall and automated production lines to gain detailed insight into VEICHI’s digital upgrade practices in manufacturing, technology R&D, and technology transfer and commercialization. They gave full recognition to VEICHI’s sustained innovation capabilities in the field of industrial automation.
