VEICHI, Kedali, Yinlun, and Kepler Establish Joint Venture to Pioneer Robotic Collaboration

On June 11, 2025, Suzhou Veichi Electric Co., Ltd. (688698.SH), Shenzhen Kedali Industry Co., Ltd. (002850.SZ), Zhejiang Yinlun Machinery Co., Ltd. (002126.SZ) and Shanghai Kepler Robot Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement to form a joint venture. This collaboration unites key players across the robotics industrial chain, injecting new momentum into China’s smart manufacturing advancement.

Wan Li, Deputy Secretary of the Wuzhong District Party Committee and District Mayor; Huang Naihong, Standing Committee Member of the District Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Development Zone Administrative Committee; Li Jianli, Chairman of KDL, and Huang Zhongyue, KDL Investment Director; Xu Xiaomin, Chairman of Yinlun, Chen Ziqiang, Assistant to Chairman, and Qin Xiaojun, Executive Dean of Yinlun’s Robotics Research Institute; Yang Hua, Chairman of Kepler, and Tan Zhengrong, Kepler CFO; as well as Hu Zhiyong, Chairman of VEICHI, and Deng Xiong, Vice President of VEICHI, attended the signing ceremony to witness this milestone.
All four parties share a forward-looking vision for the robotics industry. They agree that at this pivotal moment of global intelligent-manufacturing transformation, robots—born of deep integration between next-generation information technology and advanced manufacturing—are poised for unprecedented growth. The joint venture will leverage each partner’s strengths in core-component R&D, AI applications, precision machining and system integration, with an initial focus on developing and industrializing dexterous robotic hands.
