One Core, Two New Drivers

In response to diversified industry demands, the “One Core, Two New Driver” strategy was officially launched, defining a clear direction for 2025.
Building on our foundation in industrial automation, we continued to refine our product portfolio. In the emerging field of embodied intelligence, we provide execution-side component solutions for humanoid, collaborative, and mobile robots, accelerating large-scale To B applications. In the expansive green energy sector, we focus on photovoltaic, energy storage, and hydrogen markets, developing comprehensive, scenario-based products and solutions—committed to “connecting every device to green power.” The synergy between core businesses and emerging domains jointly drives a sustainable future.

Product Innovation

Guided by the “One Core, Two New Drivers” strategy, we deepened our industry focus and built a full-range, high-performance, high-reliability product matrix.

• Industrial Automation: Launched the AC600 series high-performance general-purpose AC drives, SD900 series advanced universal servo drives, and VH200 series general-purpose PLCs.
• Embodied Intelligence: Introduced innovative products including micro frameless motors, short-type brushless coreless motors, hub motors, high power-density drives, ultra-short harmonic modules, planetary joint modules, cycloidal joint modules, axial flux joint modules, and dexterous hands.
• Green Energy: Released the VPS series microgrid hybrid inverters, AC800 series high-efficiency energy-saving drives, and VHP800 series high-performance isolated IGBT hydrogen power supplies.

Multi-Location Expansion

Relocations were completed in Suzhou, Shenzhen, and Xi’an. The commissioning of the Suzhou digital factory advanced comprehensive digital upgrades in manufacturing, R&D, and commercialization, laying a solid foundation for sustained capacity growth. The Shenzhen and Xi’an R&D centers, with upgraded facilities and optimized R&D systems, accelerated technological iteration and enhanced innovation efficiency, ensuring high-quality development and stable delivery. Advancing together across three locations, VEICHI entered a new phase of systematic upgrades in production systems and innovation ecosystems.

Digital Connectivity

To meet the needs of industrial digital transformation, we established a new paradigm of digital operations management. Internally, CRM, MES, and WMS systems were integrated to enable efficient collaboration across sales, R&D, and production, with full-process order visibility. Our self-developed WMS and AGV intelligent scheduling systems were deployed in smart warehouses, strengthening supply chain stability. These practices were further consolidated into an integrated MOM platform, extending from internal empowerment to external delivery—providing end-to-end digital solutions from scenario to intelligence for multiple industries.

Cultural Upgrade

To support the “One Core, Two New Drivers” strategy and anchor our focus on “Intelligent Industry” and “Green Energy,” we introduced a renewed corporate culture system. In 2025, we celebrated our 20th anniversary, successfully hosting the Anniversary Celebration and Global Partner Conference. Employees and global partners gathered to reflect on two decades of progress. The event not only reviewed our development journey but also honored long-standing partners for their trust and contributions.
