Project Introduction
In September 2024, the SIVC26-15-72-1100 BLDC solar water pump system was successfully installed for agricultural irrigation in Thailand.
The Challenge:
Addressing the challenges of energy and water availability is a critical concern for numerous nations. Over 30% of agricultural pumps lack access to grid electricity due to inadequate power infrastructure, while approximately 50% of farms suffer from insufficient irrigation because of subpar water management systems. With the escalating costs of diesel fuel, maintaining diesel-powered generator pump systems has become increasingly expensive. Consequently, there is an immediate need to identify sustainable alternatives for agricultural irrigation to ensure the long-term productivity and resilience of farming operations.
The Solution:
Employing solar-powered water pumps presents an excellent solution for agricultural irrigation challenges. These systems, featuring a 1.5 horsepower pump, are capable of delivering a water flow of 26 cubic meters per hour specifically tailored for irrigation purposes.
Project Products:
BLDC Solar Pump System
Model: SIVC26-15-72-1100
Rated Power: 1.1kW 1.5 horsepower
Rated Voltage: 72V
Water volume: 26 cu.m./hr
Water pump head: 15 meters
Works even in low sunlight, pumps water continuously and consistently
The Result:
In this initiative, we're deploying solar-driven pumps, each with a 1.5 horsepower capacity, translating to 1100 watts of power. Functioning at 110 volts, these pumps are capable of pumping up to 26 cubic meters of water per hour. They're built to perform with a pump head reaching 15 meters. Despite low sunlight scenarios, these pumps guarantee uninterrupted and steady water supply, offering a dependable solution for water delivery needs.
