VHSSCP Series End Suction Centrifugal Pump Overview

The VHSSCP series horizontal end suction pumps are single-stage, single-suction cantilever centrifugal pumps, representing a new generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving product innovatively developed by VEICHI company. This series is designed with a wide range of models and excellent hydraulic performance, characterized by simple structure, high reliability, high efficiency and energy conservation, good resistance to cavitation erosion, ease of use and maintenance, and other features.

Structure Features

1. Energy-saving and High-efficiency

• MEI ≥0.4 which meets the requirements of the European Union's Minimum Energy Performance Indicator regulations.
• Installation dimensions comply with the European standard EN733, and have been expanded to provide a wider product coverage.
• Design, manufacturing, and quality conform to the GB/T5656 "Centrifugal Pump Technical Conditions" standard.
• The pump casing features a circular chamber design for high efficiency and better pressure resistance.
• Smooth coatings on the inlet and outlet has excellent wear and corrosion resistant performance and results in low hydraulic losses.
• The latest design of the impeller is optimized to offer high efficiency, a wide high-efficiency range, and low hydraulic losses.

2. Long service life

• Silicon carbide/silicon carbide (SiC/SiC) mechanical seals provide a high temperature range, excellent wear resistance.
• For pumps with high radial forces, a double volute design is adopted for pressure chamber to increase strength, reduce loading on bearing and shaft seal.
• 100% dynamic balancing test is performed on the impeller to reduce pump vibration and noise.

3. Easy maintenance

• Back pull-out structure for convenient disassembly and inspection.
• Optional extended diaphragm coupling allows for easy maintenance by pulling it backward without removing the motor.
